Spending Time in the City

Instead of working out today, I went to the city and walked around.

A little fresh air and some shopping helps clear my mind.

I need  a little distraction from food since I’ve been feeling downright ravenous lately. When I’m hungry, I can’t think of anything else until I get something in my belly and I sometimes lash out at people because of it. It’s not a pretty trait and I’m trying to prevent myself from having these breakdowns so I try to keep some kind of food on me at all times.

Just in case.
