Randomly Depressed

When I don’t work out, I get depressed pretty easily.

It just comes on for no reason at all and I feel completely unmotivated to do anything. Even putting food in my mouth takes effort. And today was one of those days.

Perhaps I overexerted myself doing two workouts in one day, but I felt like I had enough energy yesterday. I’m still adjusting and learning to balance this whole workout thing. I haven’t had a regular schedule in ages and I’m bound to trip up a couple of times before it becomes easy.

Doing this isn’t easy but as long as I keep trying it will get better and it will get easier.
